I would agree with the others, and not worry about it, except for this statement "The message sent from my yahoo account was sitting in my sent box." This would make me look a little harder at this one. I would look at the headers of both emails, check if you have a rule setup for forward from yahoo to somewere else. I would think it is odd that it ended up in your sent mail box.
