Depends on what mail program you are using.
Make sure you get a product that includes Bayesian classification. I've
found that it works the best.
Personally, I have my own server take care of the spam using RBL's and
SpamAssassin. I get around 5-10 real spam's a day. You can check the
stats at http://mail.midrange.com/mailgraph.cgi.
