I haven't found it in Outlook 2000. I turn off sound and notification so I don't get interrupted at all by email. If I wanted to get notified that personal email made it, I'd use the "play a sound" action. Perhaps have your spam fileter be first in the rules order and use action "stop processing rules". Then let there be a catch-all filter that plays a sound for you after that. If you get spam, the spam rule fires and stops further processing. If other mail comes in, the spam rule is skipped and the play a sound rule fires. --buck
