James, >tech support people, who had a very heavy Indian, Pakistani, etc. accent. FWIW, more than likely many of the (non-Gold) support people for Dell are in the Phillipines now. I know that because Dell outsources at least part of the support to a firm which had built a several hundred seat call center in the small community where I live, becoming a rather major employer for the area in the process. I had numerous friends who took jobs there in different capacities. The call center no longer does support for Dell. Instead the company recently built a 1600 seat call center in the Phillipines. Note that from what I understand, it was not Dell who outsourced offshore. Dell was already outsourced; it was the other company which moved offshore. Doug
