Well, I don't recall Chuck saying anything about the OS failing. Did it
fall over as a result of his actions? 

In fact, I'm surprised it didn't. Chuck used an Expert-Level tool
(Regedit) without the appropriate knowledge and training -- signed in as
the Administrator no less. 

Clearly, Booth, you're lashing out at Microsoft from sheer emotion. Your
claims in this thread have been broad and misinformed, at best.
