Look at the paths in the error messages. Notice that they all refer to
the obsolete OPS Python 3.4.
My recommendation is to remove that Python from your system. It's
superseded in every conceivable way by the Python 3.6 you already have
on your machine.
You need to fully qualify which Python you are calling or adjust your
search path so that it includes your Python 3.6 (in
/QOpenSys/pkgs/bin, along with any other yum-installed goodies). The
latter is preferred.
