yum: not found

That's what I get. I don't know what would have happened during the OS
update.

All I see in ACS is under updates available, I see:

nodejs14 14.18.1-1 ibm

I am working with a client who just updated to V7R4.

After figuring out why I couldn't connect to SSHD (they disabled QSSHD
user
profile) now when I try to get a list of installed or available
packages, I
get the following error:

ERROR: _rpm.error: rpmdb open failed

Any ideas?
