which rpm
/QOpenSys/pkgs/bin/rpm

echo $PATH

/QOpenSys/pkgs/lib/nodejs12/bin:/QOpenSys/pkgs/bin:/QOpenSys/usr/bin:/usr/ccs/bin:/QOpenSys/usr/bin/X11:/usr/sbin:.:/usr/bin

This was all originally installed using ACS, so I don't know what
could
have went wrong. It's really ridiculous.
