There is clearly an encoding (CCSID) issue here. Maybe other issues as
well, but the above is definitely a Latin-1 interpretation of EBCDIC
(code page 37) text.
The long text on the second quoted line above is (in code page 37):
/CATOOSA/ACH_CUDA_20210616101403.txt
followed by a bunch of spaces.
The first line is:
ut /
Which suggests it should have been "put" but somehow the first
character got swallowed (this often happens when trying to do PASE
stuff in a 5250 session).
