An absolute requirement with IBMs websites. (clear cache etc...)

IBM has the worst web infrastructure of all the technology companies. I
can't begin to understand why since they were the early leaders. If we
built a site with all those problems, A) we'd be fired, and B) never get
paid for what we did.
