If you have the more recent 5733OPS PTFs installed then BASH is on the
system, all you have to do is call it. It's option 7 and is loaded at
/QOpenSys/QIBM/ProdData/OPS/tools/bin
Make sure to start the SSH server (STRTCPSVR *sshd) (For those that may not
know)
Use: /QOpenSys/QIBM/ProdData/OPS/tools/bin/bash to start it
-or-
Set a link up:
ln -s /QOpenSys/QIBM/ProdData/OPS/tools/bin/bash /QOpenSys/usr/bin/bash
Now It will start by simply typing BASH at the command line.

I tried but I didn't have a client. I've loaded PuTTY now. It's not like
the Bash shell I'm used to, and I'm not a fan. I'm sure I can find the help
files and make it work.
Thanks

Stop using QP2TERM and use SSH instead. It will solve future heartache.
