The site is very rudimentary. No API. Another third party I interact
with for the same info (it is governed by state) has a very nice API that I
used.

I've done similar things with GETURI (or HTTPAPI). It takes multiple
calls, storing the cookie or session ID for the logon and passing that
along with each other call.
I would first ask if the site has any API interfaces you can use. It can
be cumbersome simulating a user on a site, especially with signon cookies,
etc.

Just wondering if anyone has attempted this on IBM i with Python.--
I have a need to login to a website, make some menu/dropdown selections,
and click a submit button. All in batch.
I've perused Selenium, Beautiful Soup, etc. but it's a bit overwhelming.
Thanks.
