Step 3: Install the 5733-OPS option placeholders

I'm finding a lot more I-rarely-do-IBM-i-sys-admin people are getting into
IBM i sys admin because of 5733OPS. That means the above statement needs a
lot of handholding. The following tutorial from the ClubSeiden folks is
what I point people at:

"IBM recommends you install all product options for the following reasons:"

I'd change that to read: "You will have obscure issues if you don't install
all the options". I don't recall the exact scenario, but JesseG helped me
out of it by having me install all of the options even if I didn't populate
them with a PTF.

Very respectfully, it would add some clarity if this were noted on the
'How to install...' page.

If the community were allowed to edit the wiki, I'd do it myself.
