The PASE reference was more about how to function in the environment. Since pretty much all the IBM i OSS has a leg, or more, in PASE, being able to function comfortably in PASE is part of the learning curve. The CHROOT project, Litmis Spaces and, at the very bleeding edge, compiling in PASE takes a basic understanding of the environment. So, I don't get very deep, just a bit wide, in PASE.

development which is learned by years of wrestling with the compile problems on different platforms and sweating it out?
