Not the specific syntax he just demonstrated.

Before (and the current state of publicly available Litmis Spaces):

conn = ibm_db_dbi.connect('DATABASE=*LOCAL')

New:

conn = ibm_db_dbi.connect()

Now, you don't have to know ANY magic incantation to Just Do The
"Right" (Expected) Thing.
