You could also just reinstall and see if that fixes it (might be faster) :(

For the archives. Re-installing 5733OPS resolved my issues and the group
PTF is working great. This time I installed via image catalogue and
previously I believe I installed by first doing a SAVLICPGM on machine1 and
RSTLICPGM on machine2(the troubled machine).
