FYI, better would be to just exec bash from the /QOpenSys/etc/profile.
You'll want to exec it, since that way it replaces the current process
(one fewer job running) and you don't have to exit twice.

Since the ibmpaseforishell hack is going away at some point, the fewer
people that know about it, the better. Better things are on the horizon.
