How long does it take IBM to process RFE's?

Folks:

I submitted a RFE (117748) back in March and it's still at "Submitted" status.

According to the help on the status field IBM is supposed to respond within 30 days ...

Submitted: The request submitter will automatically be notified by
email when the request has been submitted. IBM has not yet evaluated
this request and plans to provide an update within 30 days of
submission.

... but there has been no change, other than it being re-categorized on March 20th and getting 96 votes.

Any ideas?
