I am trying to submit a topic at:

The subject is: CVE-1999-0103 How to disable UDP Test-Services
The body is:
I am getting dinged on a security report for allowing UDP Services on my
Power 8 AIX 7.1.0.0 lpar.
Can I shutdown UDP services yet still allow the ability to test this
server by running ping and/or traceroute from other locations? If so,
how?
If it's an all or nothing (meaning if I just have to kill ping and
traceroute also) how do I do so?
Are there negative ramifications to doing so?
This is a rather low priority on our report. Does the benefit of allowing
these services outweigh the risks associated with them? If so, I can put
an exception on the report.
This lpar's sole purpose is to support TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager), in
case that is a factor.
I've tried this on FF 48.0 and on IE 11.
I've cleared cache and history, exited the browsers, rebooted the PC, used
Dameware into another PC and tried it and I kept getting the same thing.
"You have been automatically logged out of the server due to inactivity.
Copy any text you have entered to your clipboard so you won't lose it,
then log in to start over."
I've logged in numerous times.
I've searched google for this exact error and others using this forum have
seen this exact same message.

Like the one person I tried the feedback forum but even that wouldn't work
for me.
I can't even reply to an existing post now.
