I'm not really sure on all of the licensing agreements and what not.
By "machine code" does that mean all of the 57##999 code?
And what do you mean by "access"? Do you mean get copies of media, either
downloadable or physical? I know that if I go to ESS (Entitled Software
Support) then both the I_Base (machine code) and the OS (Operating System)
and LPP (Licensed Program Products) are all available on that site.
