All,
I just got a phone call from the 770 area code claiming to be IBM. She
asked if we were still using the AS/400 and, if so, what the S/N was as they
didn't have that information. I asked is she truly worked for IBM and she
said no, that she work for "an IBM call center."
I then declined to give out that information.
Anybody else get this call? Is this legit?
Since I'm on HW & SW maintenance, you'd think IBM would have the S/N.
