I would look into ARCAD - we have been using their product for a couple
of years. It is much cheaper and easier to use than Turnover.

Just got a Maintenance renewal from Unicom/Softlanding for Turnover.
Almost TRIPLE what it was before the buy and more than double what we
settled on last year. Anyone else seeing this? Do we have any other
options, like changing vendors? Anyone know if Aldon or MKS have any
kind of "conversion" process?
