I have been keeping up with this trend, but I think you'll find out if you do further
research that "moving jobs to the US" doesn't necessarily mean that companies such as
Wipro will actually be hiring Americans. In their case, the DOD requires that any work
done for them be done onshore, and Wipro will most certainly be using H-1B and L-1 workers
for these tasks...
