I'll second this. I have SpamBayes running as a pop filter between Domino and my email client (Evolution) at work, and have it running (via Procmail) over each message coming in from my email server at home. Although I don't use it in Windows, I've heard very good reports on the Outlook plugin. It catches around 90-95% of the spam I get after training. The web interface for training is very good too, and you can have it retain copies of all pop3-proxied email to correct any mis-classified emails later.
