RE: Average Salary for Programmers

Interesting facts (I assume).  My GUESS would be that the cost-of-living is
pretty roughly proportional.  Thus, why some say there will be NO (0) IT
jobs in 6 years, in the U.S.  I remain hopeful, nonetheless.
