According to the USDA, the cow in Washington state was tested for mad cow
disease because it was a "downer", or unable to walk on its own when reaching
the slaughterhouse.

Q:  What is the more common term for a downer?

A:  Ground beef.


Q:  Did you hear what they do with an animal with mad cow disease?

A:  They send it to the crazy glue factory!
