The ULTIMATE User Excuse....

This has to top ANY user excuse for unauthorized software I've ever heard
of...

computer unauthorized hacking software he could use to steal passwords and
bypass limits on the bureau's own network. The FBI confronted Hanssen but
accepted his explanation that he needed the software because it made it more
convenient to connect a new color printer."
