At my previous employer we used OV mostly for generating form letters in batch. We had a lot of them for sending letters about backordered items, problems with orders, credit card issues, bad checks, etc. There were a bunch!!!! Notes would have been overkill for this.... When I left we were looking at a 3rd party package (DM Text????). Mark Allen I.S.
