What does irk me about the global bluster surrounding WPA is that tying
software to your hardware via licenses keys has been going on for years.
Our ERP system and OS/400 wouldn't work if we put it on another box, we
have to get new licence codes for the new A$/400 serial number. We've even
been 'invited' to pay a premium fee to be graciously allowed to get new
codes out of office hours in case of a disaster. Microsoft allow you 30
days grace and don't charge for the activation service.

I guess I'm missing the fundamental point though: It *must* be wrong since
it's Microsoft doing it.

There are only two pieces of software that will *never* come into contact
with my own personal PC: Client Access and Lotus Notes. Proof that IBM
cannot create stable, usable Windows software.
