Thanks Al, now *that's* what I call a reply! I've been given the task
(like I don't have enough work to do) of trying to make our company ISO
17799 compliant (that's BS 7799 to you poms). So I'd better start
learning this stuff!

There are are several security lists hosted by non IBM communities, in
which
the participants are ignorant of the capabilities of OS/400 & other IBM
OS,
at least in the vast majority of the links I am showing below, & the
discussion is what can & should be done in a real world in which IBM is
absent.  If you want into such a discussion list, consider one of the
following or a SIG that they sponsor.  Also where I give you links to
ONE
discussion group at a site, you can search other groups at that site for
topic Security.
