RE: Contribution Challange

All,

I will state that David has a hard time accepting contributions.  That's not
all bad, but in the specific case I'm referring to, I've already invested
that money in the stock market.


To show there's no hard feelings, I'm going to considerably up the ante:

The Ohio Computer Systems Co. (which consists of me and my wife) will match,
dollar for dollar, any money contributed TODAY, up to $1000.  (We do this in
spite of the fact that it goes against our grain to make non-tax-deductible
contributions.)

No strings attached, although I would hope David would consider dropping any
links to Amazon.com (if any) because of their egredious position on patents.
(I don't have the link, but one of the main guys who developed the software
they've patented has spoken out against the practice, among many other
people.)

No strings, however, so if David wants to let me know in the morning, what
the amount should be, "the check's in the mail" (no.. really...!).  I would
also like to encourage any other companies to consider matching, of some
kind.
