IPLA

Folks,
I have searched (in vain) the net and IBM's sites for the text
of the IPLA (License agreement). Anybody know where it can
be found? I had a discussion about whether or not the IPLA
was a contract of 'adhesion', and it turned out that an argument
was that it probably was if the text of the IPLA is only available
AFTER you buy a product, so is it generally available to the
buying public? and where?
