In Outlook 97, which we use on our work PCs:

I have a "Personal Address Book" in which I keep "personal" email
addresses, which points to a\WINDOWS\cwbmw400.pab file.

I also have the "Global Address List" which has the company email
addresses in it somewhere on the network.

For some reason, I also see the "IBM AS/400 Address Book" for which I
cannot get the Properties box to display for it. I have no idea how
this entry was created. (We just installed Outlook a few months ago.)
If I try to select this, I get: "Unable to log on to the mail server."

Questions:
1) The cwbmw400.pab file name really sticks out in my mind as a Client
Access file, both the CWB and the 400 parts of it. There are no other
*.pab files on my system. Is this a Client Access file? I do have
Client Access V3R1M2 installed on my PC.

2) I'd like to have multiple "personal" address books to select from.
For example, a truly personal address book with entries for friends and
family, a work-related address book for all those type of contacts from
outside the company, an address book that has all of our group's alpha
pager email addresses, and a bowling league address book.

3) Links to references that answer these questions are greatly
appreciated!
