I think the point was that there is an expectation that discussion of the
other nontech issues will flourish, over time.  Why mix the two discussions?
One doesn't really even involve computers.

Maybe there will eventually even be some activity on the iCitizen list...?!?
IMHO, David has correctly identified and categorized the major areas of
discussion.  There hasn't been enough discussion to warrant a separation,
granted, but hopefully at least some of the lists will pick up, over time.
