My definitions of the terms:

Integration - This is a component that could be a separate program but gets
installed and integrated into the purchased product either as requirement or
as optional, but it gets installed initially with the primary package. IE is
an example of this, only I don't think it is optional anymore.

Bundling - This is a optional component that does not get installed with the
primary package. It is provided as a convenience for the purchaser. An
example would be the image editing software that is "bundled" with a
scanner, digital camera, or printer. You don't have to touch the disk at all
if you don't want to, but it is there in case you want to use it.
