Compiling on V4, even if nobody in the real world (myself included) is using it on that OS level.

At any rate, I reacquainted myself with QMHRCVPM, which I don't think I'd touched in over a decade, and if I do '*' for the queue, '*LAST' for the type, and RCVM0200 for the format, it looks like I can get what I'm after, almost handed to me on a silver platter.
