I order PTF's.  Wait for the letter they are ready, and use that url.
Of course, the most recent try was friday:  Server:
delivery01-bld.dhe.ibm.com

I'm swamped today and have not the inclination to look for the most recent
notice of changing service URLs and IP addresses and how to change your
firewall.
