Not sure anyone else mentioned this but there is a "CL" pase command that can be used instead of "system".

STDOUT will return any CPF messages that get surfaced.

Try it out. It just might work for you.

IMO, doing something like that justifies creating a dedicated CL pgm/module
so you can properly do the compile and return a good result.
