I guess I should have asked the question differently.

The authority was provided years before I stated. I am attempting to determine who currently has authority to a profile.

you'll need to look in the system audit journal for who changed what
authority.

In ACS there is an example that answers you question. look for:
--category: IBM i Services
--description: Journal - Systools Audit Journal CA
