I use Firefox and a network-wide adblock Pi-hole. I think it was the cause.
I turned off pi-hole and used. safari and was able to download. I only do
this for 2 customers and I download with my ID, which isn't tied to a
serial #. I'll tell them we must create IBM IDs for them.

Silly question - do you download it separately for each customer? How
about download once per new release and copy it yourself for each one?
What am I missing? Was Chrome raising the export status or was IBM doing
that?

Some of my customers want help installing it on their pc’s so I just
download it and install on their pcs with Remote Desktop or something.

Thanks for the replies.

The key might be “ downloading for many customers “ That’ll kick off a

Why can’t the customer download on their own? It’s too easy maybe?

After I login I get a message that they are going to check on my
export
status. I've been downloading it for quite awhile for many customers.

Any way to resolve that quickly or anyone else have a copy they could
share? I promise I'm in Indiana. I can see Louisville KY from my house.
