Greetings from (near) the Everglades....

I'm debugging, and searching for where I can find the descriptions for the major and minor return codes for errors from an SQLRPGLE program.
Major code is 83 minor is 1D.
I'll take the explanation for those codes, but the IBM reference would help more exactly.
