Question for the group.
I have a routine to consume PTF info from public.dhe.ibm.com/services/us/igsc/PSP/xmldoc.xml.
We recently switched to a new system from power 8 to power 10, and also changed from V7R4 to V7R5.
I now receive a XML Parser Error 302 on this program.
I still have the old system up and running so I can compare settings.
I have checked all the CCSID settings (file, system) and they are identical between the two systems.
In debug, the incoming data is clearly not in the right CCSID.
What am I missing?
