Define "AI". Define "learn". 🙂

Does an LLM model have instantly at its grasp for the next session or next user something you have asserted as a correction? No.
Does a typical LLM chat like ChatGPT remember what you just said if you resume the session? Yes.
Do the major cloud vendors like Gemini / OpenAI / Anthropic collect data from sessions and retrain their models in an ongoing cycle and release them incrementally? Yes.
Can you add to an AI/LLM application facts for it to have at its disposal going forward? That's RAG (Retrieval Augment Generation). Some applications like Open WebUI specialize in that sort of thing.
