An issue we ran into is that our systems are not owned by us, but by the
cloud host. We also don't own the OS licenses, they do. However, we
are responsible for doing our own PTF's. Hence the issue, we are not
entitled to any PTF's because we don't own any licenses.
We trying to work with the Host provider to get our ID's added to their
customer number.

Some draconian changes have been made at Fix Central. Apparently if you
have an LPAR at 7.5 and an LPAR at 7.6 and you try to order cume/group/etc
downloads for both within 30 days you are considered quite the nefarious
individual. You cannot download more than once within that period.
If you do a SNDPTFORD SF98750 on one lpar to test connection after applying
PTFs it will work that once. If you try it on another LPAR on the same S/N
it will fail. If you try the original LPAR again it will fail. Again,
because you are obviously a cheater.
You will have to emailfixexp@xxxxxxxxxx to explain why you, as a
disreputable individual, feel you are worthy of downloading more than
once. They will email you a form to fill out. I have been in contact with
one individual who emails "on behalf of FC Exceptions Handling...". So, if
an IBMer sees this and cannot believe this I can give them more details.
If you've downloaded the cume/groups/etc and then get notified that a new
hiper and security group just came out and you try to download that too,
again you are unworthy of ordering them on a timely basis, you cheater you.
This vexes me to no end.
