PTF SI48659 for V7R1 for SSL TLSv1.2 functionality

Hi all

In old (very old) AS400 i would need SSL TLSv1.2 functionality ; i
understand that i would need to download PTF SI48659. Is it possible to
get/download PTF for V7R1 ?? (probably no..)

Can some help me to get PTF to enable SSL TLSv1.2 functionality (for V7R1)
