There is a problem with the iACS Check for updates. Oh, it works fine if
you have it configured to check a local LPAR of IBM i for updates, and
you've loaded the most recent iACS PTF. But where it falls short is in the
default of checking IBM's website. According to someone else who opened a
case and reported the results on the IBM i Community it will be resolved in
the spring 2026 1.1.9.11.
No word on whether or not it was an issue with IBM changing all their ftp
servers around or anything else.
