Last sunday, there was an issue with QSYS/QLZAREQ API program which was damaged, and preventing access to PDM and compilers.
PUB400 was still up until sunday evening (Europe time).
Maybe there are more issues than only this single program and they have troubles to recover.
And yes, the web site is running on PUB400 as well.
