I can't say if you should permanently add it to your profile, other
dependencies could be affected maybe.

If you want to add it to your own userprofile, you can add a file .profile
in your home directory, and have the following line in it:
export PATH="QOpenSys/pkgs/bin:$PATH"

Don't only look at the result of "which" alone, the /usr/bin/expect that is
found will probably a symlink to the real location of the program.

I was headed that way before posting the question. Adding that to my path
enabled me to them in QP2TERM but not in STRQSH.

Can I (should I) modify my path permanently?
