Perhaps it may have to do with the fact that the SNDSMTPEMM *CMD in QSYS
is only a *PROXY command, merely pointing to the "real" SNDSMTPEMM command
definition object in library QTCP.

SNDSMTPEMM as SNDDST is pretty old and outdated and uses folders instead of
