I have it on my 7.5 systems. But I'm an all BR2 shop.
Do you have ptf SI84133 as per
https://fortradocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IWT/pages/888963080/BRMS+SQL+Services
This PTF gave it to BR1.
